Labyrinth Logistics Consulting is a fast growing transport logistics company who operate as a virtual organisation, with home-based consultants, to keep their overheads and fees low. Ruth Waring, Labyrinth’s MD, recognised the need for professional telephone and admin support that could fit comfortably with their way of working. As the company grew, Ruth needed all of their calls answered, rather than messages being left on voicemail, in order to maintain a professional image.
